MEET MATT HUTCHISON
Founder and President
Matt Hutchison is the Founder and President of Hero Home Improvements, a family-owned remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Northwest Florida. A lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle, Matt comes from a family that has called the area home for more than 50 years.

Prior to launching Hero Home Improvements, Matt spent several years leading sales and operations for large home improvement organizations, overseeing teams and helping hundreds of homeowners navigate remodeling projects ranging from bathroom and kitchen renovations to accessibility modifications.

Driven by a passion for serving others, Matt is committed to honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces that improve their daily lives. He is especially passionate about serving veterans and individuals with mobility challenges by making homes safer and more accessible.
MEET RYAN MARTIN
Co-Founder & Vice President
Ryan Martin is the co-founder of Hero Home Improvements and an entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in real estate, construction, business operations, remodeling, and property development. Throughout his career, he has built and operated multiple successful companies by focusing on quality craftsmanship, disciplined execution, and long-term relationships.

Ryan is passionate about helping homeowners transform their homes through thoughtful design, exceptional workmanship, and honest service. His strong support for veterans and their families led to the creation of Hero Home Improvements, with a mission to serve homeowners while giving back to those who have served our country. His leadership is rooted in integrity, clear communication, and a commitment to doing things the right way, not the easy way.

After years of leading sales and operations for large home improvement organizations and helping hundreds of homeowners through remodeling projects, we saw the good and the bad of this industry.

Too often, homeowners felt pressured, confused, or unsure of who they could trust.

At the same time, we met veterans and families who needed accessibility improvements but didn't know where to start or couldn't find someone willing to help guide them through the process.

So we started Hero Home Improvements to do things differently. We wanted to build a company that puts people first, communicates honestly, and takes pride in delivering quality work that lasts.
